I write articles and essays that deal with the themes of personal growth, alternate timelines, and the comedy of it all. A lot of my writing can sway towards the macabre, but I can be light as well. I’ve been told I’m funny.
Do you know what else I love? Film archives. Getting lost in a library is one type of happiness. Getting lost in a collection of moving pictures is a gateway to something more powerful. I’m working on this right now and it’s happening in real time, so I will update the website to reflect this added layer of my life.
I’m not one to shy away from sharing personal details about my life. The feeling after you first watch Ingmar Bergman’s “Winter Light” is a feeling that should be bottled so that everyone can experience it. I’m somewhat chasing that. I hate onions in my food and if I have to be away from home, I feel the safest in movie theatres, libraries, and book shops that serve sweet drinks.
